We are a experienced Inflatable events company and safety is paramount. We are fully insured, and all of our products meet the British and European safety standards. All our inflatables have been tested to BSEN 14960 - 2006 Standards.
Please note that cancellations made more than 24 hours before your booking will be processed without a penalty charge.
All our items are weather permitting i.e Wind and heavy rain. Our policy is that we will turn up and install the agreed equipment. But please note safety is above all and although equipment maybe delivered and installed, it may not be suitable for certain weather conditions I.e wind, rain, and other dangerous conditions. We cannot and will not compromise on your safety.
Come Bounce Yorkshire reserves the right to refuse delivery if the premises are deemed to be unsuitable by our delivery employees. If the service user has failed to notify us of any obstructions such as stairs or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the site, no refund shall be given, and the full hire fee will be charged. If the area has been measured by you incorrectly and is too small, we will still charge the full amount.
A clear path/route will be needed to access the installation area you wish to have the Bouncy Castle installed.
We provide up to 25m of extension cabling.
